Wondering what an Airbnb cleaning costs in Durham Region or the GTA? Here’s the straight answer: most hosts in Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, Ajax and Markham pay between $100 and $180 per turnover, depending on the size of the unit. Below is exactly how we price it — no hourly guessing, no surprise fees.
Flat Rates Per Turnover
- 1 bedroom: $100
- 2 bedrooms: $140
- 3 bedrooms: $180
- 3+ bedrooms: quoted per scope — send us the listing and we’ll price it same day
What’s Included in Every Turnover
Every flat rate covers the full reset a guest expects: fresh linens and towels, full bathroom sanitizing, kitchen reset (dishes, counters, appliances wiped), floors vacuumed and mopped, trash and recycling out, restock of consumables you provide, and a photo report when the unit is guest-ready.
Why Flat Rates Beat Hourly
Hourly cleaning punishes efficiency — the slower the crew, the more you pay. Our flat rate is built from hundreds of turnovers across Durham Region, so you pay the same whether the crew finishes in 90 minutes or two hours. You can budget per booking without doing math.
What Affects the Price
- Extra deep cleans after long stays or pet bookings — quoted upfront, never added after
- Same-day or after-hours turnovers — small surcharge, confirmed at booking
- Laundry service — optional add-on if you don’t handle linens yourself
